Determining engagement and activity as we grow
Gm/Gn/Ga wherever you may be at the time of reading this. Here in the Zungle, we’re always trying to think different and do things that other projects won’t or haven’t done. Today we introduce a new ecosystem metric for the Zungle, shedding light on the most active and dedicated individuals. Let’s dive in.
What is the Zungle Score?
We’re implementing the Zungle Score (Z Score for short) to reward loyal members for their active contribution and engagement within our ecosystem. You can easily see your starting Zungle Score on your profile page on the Monkeez website. Our team plans to use this metric to get a better picture of the top contributors in the Zungle and use it as one of the reward mechanisms going forward for future collection drops, WL spots, and any other offerings. As the Zungle grows, so will the algorithm.
How is my score calculated?
Using the chart above, you can calculate your own score, or head over to your profile page and let us do it for you. Your score is comes from a variety of calculations, from NFTs owned to performing specific interactions with those NFTs. If you hold Monkeez and Zoogz in separate wallets, each of those wallets will be given separate Zungle Scores. They will not be combined.
Your individual score (at the time of launch) comes from the following:
- Monkeez owned (points vary by tribe)
- Zoogz owned
- Zoog total level
- Zoog battle wins
- and more…
What happens if I have multiple wallets?
You are welcome to have multiple wallets, however each wallet will receive a separate Zungle Score. If you leave and rejoin our ecosystem, your score will be updated and calculated with the NFTs you own. Feel free to engage with our NFTs however is best for you, however, our team will not make manual updates to the scoring process for combinations for multiple wallets or accounting for NFTs that have been listed on custodial marketplaces.
How will my score impact the future of the Zungle?
Like we mentioned, this new metric will be used as a reward mechanism. Although it will not be our only reward mechanism, those who are active and engaged in the community will be rewarded. All initial Zungle Scores have been calculated based on the criteria previously discussed, with an ever growing emphasis on engagement as we grow as a community. The tribe is strong!
